The Assemblies of God Church Multiplication Network (CMN) is pleased to welcome Arden Adamson to the team as the Midwest Coaching Trainer for the CMN Team. Arden and his wife Glenna live near London, Wisconsin, and have three children and two granddaughters.
After graduating from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, in 1964, Arden went on to serve as an associate pastor in Minneapolis before planting a church in International Falls, Minnesota, and then pastoring in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan. In 1971 he and his family began a thirteen-year pastorate at Central Assembly of God in Superior, Wisconsin. The church grew in Sunday attendance from an average of 35 to approximately 400.
Following 20 years in the pastorate, Arden was elected and served the Wisconsin-Northern Michigan District for 24 years, retiring from that office in May of 2008.
Since his first involvement with coaching in 1996, he has received coach training from Church Multiplication Training Center, Ministry Coaching International and The Columbia Partnership. As a life and ministry coach, he started MaxPath Coaching Ministries to help accelerate the progress of ministers and churches. He trains coaches, coaches pastors and church leaders, and serves as a consultant to churches.
Arden will function as the Midwest Coaching Trainer, in cooperation with the CMN Coaching Director, representing CMN Coaching within Assemblies of God local churches, District Councils and the kingdom of God. He will work to assess the coaching needs in the Midwest region and further develop them.
“Arden Adamson adds great experience to our coaching team,” says Sam Farina, National Coaching Team Facilitator for The Church Multiplication Network. “His relational and encouraging coaching style opens the person being coached to life changing transformation.”
