The Assemblies of God Church Multiplication Network (CMN) is pleased to welcome Vicki Farina as the West Region Coach Trainer for the National Coaching Team.

Vicki’s credentials make her a leader among women. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Church Leadership and will move up this year to a Professional Coaching Certification with the International Coaching Federation. Her prayer has been to fully integrate her faith into all aspects of her life and to be intentional in her efforts to reach out to women in ministry. She is passionate about partnering with leaders to help them lead from a faith perspective. Vicki takes an active role in small group Bible study and leading efforts to focus on reaching the unchurched. She currently serves as a member of the Global Pastors Wives Board of Directors.

Vicki utilizes her experiences to help both women and men through teaching and coaching. Much of her work is with leaders who want to make the high impact transition from merely influencing others to developing excellent leaders who develop excellent leaders.

Vicki will function as the West Region Coaching Trainer, in cooperation with the CMN Coaching Director, representing CMN Coaching within Assemblies of God local churches, District Councils and the kingdom of God. She will work to assess the coaching needs in the West Region and further develop them.

The future of leaders and the people they lead will be changed as Vicki trains AG coaches.”
