The Assemblies of God Church Multiplication Network (CMN) is pleased to welcome Jeff Leake to the team as the Coaching contact for the Northeast region. Jeff is the Lead Pastor of Allison Park Church (APC), which is located in the North Hills region of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He and his wife Melodie have been married since 1987 and have five children, ranging in age from 9 to 18 years old.
After graduating with a B.A. in Bible from Central Bible College, Jeff went on to gain a M.A. in Missiology from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. His first ministry position was at Allison Park Church as a Pastoral Assistant, where he served from 1988 until 1991. At that time he was elected as the Lead Pastor of APC.
Probably the most unique thing that has happened through his ministry at APC is the planting of churches throughout the Pittsburgh Region. Eight churches have been planted, each of which is connected to a local network called Multi-Church Movements) MCM. Several other churches in Pittsburgh have since joined MCM, which now connects and mobilizes over fifteen local churches.
In 2008, MCM launched a Ministry School to help train future leaders, church planters, missionaries, and church planting teams.
Jeff’s passion is to see leaders trained, churches planted, ministry mobilized in Pittsburgh and around the world, and to see the book of Acts lived out in today’s generation.
Jeff will function as the Coaching contact for the Northeast region, in cooperation with the CMN Coaching Director, representing CMN Coaching within Assemblies of God local churches, District Councils and the kingdom of God. He will work to assess the coaching needs in the Northeast region and further develop them.
“Jeff Leake is a proven pastor with coaching skills that are changing the future of young and old leaders alike,” says Sam Farina, National Coaching Team Facilitator for The Church Multiplication Network. “I am thrilled to have him on our team.”
